This notice covers the BidBook app and these BidBook pages. Other Tradecraft products have their own notices.
What we store
- Waitlist requests: name, company, email, region, optional preferred @handle, and optional phone.
- Your email and sign-in details if you create a BidBook account.
- BidBook records: membership, projects, invites, bids, awards, and pay status.
- Billing details for BidBook Starter.
Voice
When you use voice, audio is streamed so the assistant can talk and take actions. We do not keep session transcripts. Audio is processed only to provide the service.
Service providers
We use service providers for sign-in, data storage, payments, voice, and hosting. We do not sell BidBook project data.
Your choices
Delete BidBook in the app (Settings) or on this page. That cancels BidBook billing only. A shop on the same email stays unless you ask us to remove it too. To remove a waitlist request, email support@helionova.io. Questions: support@helionova.io.
