How credits, seats, and billing work on Tradecraft.
What are AI credits and how do they work?
AI credits power intelligent features like automated marketing, smart scheduling, and chatbot interactions. Each plan includes monthly credits (Shop: 1,000, Business: 5,000, Enterprise: custom allocation). If you use more than your included amount, additional credits are billed at a small per-credit rate.
Can I add unlimited field workers?
Yes. All plans include unlimited technicians and field workers at no extra cost. You only pay for admin/office seats (Shop: 3 seats, Business: 10 seats, Enterprise: unlimited). Pricing does not increase as your field team grows.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, the new pricing takes effect immediately. If you downgrade, the new pricing takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, you can save 20% by choosing annual billing instead of monthly billing on Shop and Business. The discount is reflected when you toggle to the annual view.
Is my data secure?
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to keep your data safe. All data is backed up daily, and we comply with major privacy regulations.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Shop and Business have no long-term lock-in. Cancel anytime to stop automatic renewal; you keep access through the end of your current monthly or annual billing period. Annual plans are prepaid for the year, so canceling mid-term does not issue a prorated refund.
What does the AI bid desk do?
On Business and Enterprise, you upload a bid package and get cited analysis of scope, requirements, dates, and risks, plus spec takeoff and addenda comparison. You confirm the facts, set the price, and submit. It does not take off drawings, auto-price a bid, or send proposals without you.
What does the fleet console include?
On Business and Enterprise, Tradecraft includes a truck operations console: vehicle registry, assignments, DVIR inspections from the field app, maintenance and fuel logs, geofences, driver scorecards, and job-to-truck costing. IFTA reports are draft operator rollups, not filing-ready returns. You approve every vehicle assignment. Fleet is Tradecraft-only.
How does Network pricing work?
Network is invite-only. GCs post from BidBook. Shops bid or claim with an @handle. Browsing, posting, bidding, and claiming are free. When a GC pays through Tradecraft, standard payment processing applies. Tradecraft is the OS for running won work.
